If the answer is yes, then we would love to hear from you!

This is an important time to join us, as we are transitioning to a new operating model for our Change Delivery team! You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills, managing 8 Delivery Specialists (GSPs) in our central Tooling team, along with liaising with senior management and working on a large range of products and technologies; focusing on SDLC applications, tooling, infrastructure, and enhancements.

A bit about the job:

As the Agile Delivery Specialist - Scrum Master, you will need to have experience with Jira and Confluence. You will influence project outcomes. Be confident with preparing sprint reports, status reports, conducting scrum meetings, scrum of scrums, retrospectives, and other responsibilities in the agile framework. Adopt the Aviva Change Framework (ACF) ensuring that all deliveries are compliant. Develop a positive, collaborative working environment. You will be accountable for building the critical path for project delivery and ensure that projects are tracking against targets. Raise risks and issues with delivery implementations to relevant managers and teams.

Skills and experience we're looking for: Good experience with Agile framework, technical knowledge of IT delivery, along with the ability to work with external suppliers. Comfortable working with senior managers and internal customers building and maintaining positive relationships. Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office suite and DevOps principles.
