As an Agile Project Lead, you will…
be responsible for conception, organization and implementation of interdisciplinary projects within the agile software development environment
be the direct contact person for the customer at decision-maker level
lead our distributed cross-functional development teams on different projects
ask the right questions to the right people, offer alternatives in case of professional or technical obstacles and proactively demand clear decisions
make sure that every implemented feature brings value to the customer and is delivered on time and on budget

have relevant experience in leading IT transformation projects in an agile environment with distributed cross-functional teams
think analytically, question circumstances and understand the need of your stakeholders
act proactively and show a high degree of self-initiative
are interested and up-to-date regarding technical innovations
have very good moderation and presentation skills
ideally have knowledge of hands-on software development – knowledge of IT software architecture and IT infrastructure is an advantage
are fluent in English and German
