Agricultural Area Sales Manager
to cover a defined territory across
West and Central Scotland
in this field-based role. You will report directly to our senior management team and will visit customers in your assigned territory to promote both our business and the premium brands we represent. Ideally, we are looking for someone with machinery / vehicle sales experience and knowledge of the agricultural industry to join our team, although anyone who has a natural interest in machinery should also consider this position as in-house and manufacturer’s sales training will be provided. Key Responsibilities: The first point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territory Identify business opportunities within your territory Present our premium products and services to prospective customers Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions Work closely with the sales team and other internal teams to meet individual and group sales targets Maximising upsells and cross-sell opportunities Regularly report on your sales results to your line manager Requirements
Influencing skills with the ability and confidence to convert enquiries to sales Excellent customer management skills to build long-lasting relationships Focus and drive to continuously improve Ability to use sales management tools to assist sales (Salesforce) Professional and personable Ability to work as part of a team and independently We offer a yearly performance-based bonus along with many other regular gifts and rewards.
