Join the team as an Experienced Agricultural Fitter, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our extensive range of vegetable and arable machinery operates at peak efficiency. If you are a hands-on problem solver who thrives both independently and in a team, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular maintenance, repairs, and servicing of machinery, adhering to high standards of safety and efficiency. Respond to in-field breakdowns, minimising downtime for farm operations. Implement and oversee a robust 3-monthly Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule for all assets. Manage reactive maintenance tasks with speed, safety, and cost-effectiveness in mind. Keep detailed and accurate maintenance records to ensure compliance and continuity. Promote a safe and tidy work environment, including the correct use of PPE and adherence to Health and Safety standards. Collaborate effectively within the workshop team while taking initiative when needed. Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:

You will have / be… Proven experience in servicing and maintaining agricultural machinery or similar equipment. Strong general maintenance skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. A clean and valid driving licence. Hydraulics experience. Welding and fabrication skills. Training or certification in abrasive wheels. Electrical experience or qualifications. A formal mechanical engineering qualification. How to apply:
