About the Role The successful candidates will work on a variety of agricultural and development matters, including: Sales and acquisitions of farmland, estates, and rural properties. Negotiating Promotion and Collaboration Agreements for large-scale developments. Advising on agricultural finance and refinancing transactions. Supporting clients with renewable energy schemes, diversification projects, and succession planning. Key Responsibilities Delivering high-quality legal advice to rural clients on a range of property matters. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional client service. Managing financial performance, including accurate time recording and achieving targets. Contributing to business development initiatives to grow the practice. Staying up-to-date on legal and sector-specific developments. Playing an active role in the team's collaborative and supportive culture. Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will demonstrate: 8+ years of relevant post-qualification experience in agricultural or property law, with strong synergies to the role. A commercial mindset and the ability to understand and meet client needs. Proven ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach. Technical expertise and proficiency with IT systems, including case management software.
