Rural Property Solicitor/Legal Executive – Bristol
This a fantastic opportunity for a rural property solicitor or chartered legal executive to join a dynamic and expanding department where you’ll manage a broad and varied caseload, including high-value rural residential properties, listed buildings, unregistered land and complex agricultural transactions.
About the Role
Responsible for handling rural property transactions, ranging from bare land, working farms and large estates to farm diversification, renewable energy projects and environmental matters.
Advise clients on tenancies, support payments, rights of way and mortgages on agricultural land.
Experience Required
Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with 3 PQE.
Previous experience in rural property law and agricultural issues.
