You will be working alongside some of the most knowledgeable Lawyers within the sector and in a team covering the broad range of rural matters. You will be expected to draft, negotiate and agree documentation for property sales and purchases, deeds of easement and other property-related documents. They of matters you would be gaining exposure to includes sales and acquisitions of agricultural property and land, agricultural tenancies, succession planning as well as working with the wider team. THE CANDIDATE: You will have at least 12 months experience in handling your own caseload of agricultural property matters.
