We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Agricultural Sales Support Assistant to join our client's dedicated sales support team operating from our client's offices in the West Midlands (Telford).

In this role, you will deliver exceptional support and service to customers, understanding their needs whilst collaborating effortlessly with the team and wider business to deliver a seamless customer journey. This position requires strong administrative and customer service skills, keen attention to detail, and a willingness to learn the company's bespoke IT systems and processes, enabling you to play a vital part in supporting the business's customer-facing functions.
