Operating from our client's rural office in the West Midlands, this hybrid role requires a combination of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on selling expertise to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction. Role Responsibilities:

To develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals To lead, train, and inspire a sales team, fostering a high performing collaborative environment To build and maintain strong business relationships with key clients To undertake direct sales to customers, understanding their product and purchasing needs To track and analyse sales performance data, providing insights to senior management To collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that support business initiatives To attend events and exhibitions, participating in promotional activities and brand awareness

Skills you will need:

Essential:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a similar leadership role within the agricultural sector Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Strong leadership skills, able to lead, inspire, and drive a team to excellence A strong understanding and knowledge of the UK Ag Tech market Highly organised, with excellent planning skills Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and problem-solving Customer-focused, committed to delivering exceptional service Driven, ambitious, and results-focussed The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team Proficient IT skills, experience using CRM systems and analysing data Full UK driving licence, must be able to travel to events as required
