Job Description
Are you an Agricultural Solicitor looking to join a friendly, down to earth practice with a great reputation in the area? If so, this role in Lincoln may be for you! Our client is ranked as tier 1 for agricultural work and is well-known across the East Midlands and Yorkshire for providing first rate advice to a range of clients. The established and successful team is expanding and is looking to recruit a junior Agricultural Solicitor to both run files as well as assist more experienced fee earners with more complex files on behalf of long-established clients. The successful candidate will also welcome the challenge to help the team grow by developing their own client base, so confidence and excellent communication skills will be needed. Matters will be broad-ranging and could include acquisition and disposal of farms, estates and land, mortgage work for both purchasers and banks, all aspects of landlord and tenant work, easements, sporting rights and licences, option and promotion agreements, renewables work, corporate support, and probate matters, as well as much more. Ideally, the team is looking to bring in an Agricultural Solicitor from newly-qualified level up to 4 years' PQE; however, given how niche this area is, the firm is prepared to be flexible and will consider applications from those who fall slightly outside of this bracket.
