We are working with a leading national company specializing in the supply of agronomy advice, seed, crop protection products, and precision farming services. They are looking to hire a skilled Agronomist with an arable focus to join their growing team. This position would be suitable for someone based between Cambridge and Kent. Responsibilities: Candidates should ideally hold FACTS/BASIS qualifications. Experience as a farm manager or around three years of cropping experience is required. A strong knowledge of crop management, pest and disease control, and overall agronomy practices is essential. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is important. Proficiency with industry software and technology will be beneficial. Strong communication and interpersonal skills will be key to building lasting relationships with clients. What next?
