Main duties of the job Job planning is a current focus for AHPs and the productive care review. The postholder will take a lead on AHP job planning ensuring a focus on all four pillars of practice are recognised for all AHP roles. The postholder will connect work across teams/services to share best practice and avoid duplication of work.
The post holder will also conduct a review of the AHP workforce Race Equality Standard Data, and if required provide recommendations to ensure all staff have equitable access to career development opportunities.
The postholder will represent the Somerset AHP faculty at regional and national meetings and work closely with the regional NHSE workforce, training and education directorate lead to produce quarterly activity reports.
