AI Automation Engineer We’re offering a fantastic opportunity for an AI Automation Engineer to automate the technology across departments within a global organisation. You’ll have the chance to work on a wide variety of exciting AI projects, enjoying significant autonomy to shape impactful solutions. This role is perfect for an AI professional with expertise in Large Language Models and a solid understanding of AI fundamentals. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their processes and design AI-driven solutions that enhance workflows. Location –

Ipswich, Suffolk, 3 days a week in office/2 days remote (There will also be the need for travel to UK sites - approximately 1 week out of every 2 months - this will be expensed travel) Salary –

Up to £60,000 basic salary per annum depending on experience + a fantastic unique list of benefits Requirements for AI Automation Engineer

Degree educated in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering etc Strong experience with Large Language Models & AI Fundamentals Proficient with Power Platform, Microsoft AI tools and Robotic Process Automation Knowledge of low-code AI tools Solid experience with AI projects where you have developed and deployed AI models Great communication skills – this role will be highly interactive with internal stakeholders to understand their current processes and see where you can automate Self-starter, reliable, and keen to work with autonomy - this will be a standalone role Strong preference for someone to hold a UK driving license with access to a car due to site travel (one week, every 2 months) Responsibilities for AI Automation Engineer

Create, implement, and deploy AI models to enable intelligent process automation. Collaborate with process improvement teams to understand objectives, transform business needs into technical solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes. Continuously assess and enhance AI systems for performance, accuracy, scalability, and user-friendliness. Design and integrate automation workflows using tools such as RPA, scripting, and other automation technologies to streamline operations and minimise manual effort. Identify areas for process automation, analyse existing workflows, design improved solutions, and implement AI-driven optimisations. Maintain comprehensive records of system designs, workflows, and code. Regularly report on project milestones, system performance, and recommendations for further enhancements. What the role offers
