Responsibilities As the AI Engineer / Chief Data Scientist, you will: Deliver Key AI/ML Projects : Execute high-priority projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and enhancing product performance. Example: Automating the review and quality assurance of survey specialists' notes. Example: Analysing online government and public sector changes for actionable insights. Develop End-to-End AI Solutions : Independently design, train, and deploy machine learning models to solve business challenges and deliver measurable outcomes. Innovate and Strategize : Identify opportunities for AI and ML integration across the company's processes, proposing and implementing new solutions to drive further growth. Collaborate with Leadership : Work closely with the CEO and key stakeholders to align AI/ML initiatives with strategic objectives and provide updates on progress and impact. Operate Independently : Manage all aspects of AI/ML implementation autonomously, ensuring seamless functionality and success without immediate team support. Requirements Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a business environment. Strong understanding of AI and ML principles, with a track record of delivering impactful solutions. Proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Experience in identifying and addressing operational challenges through AI-driven innovations. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with leadership and stakeholders. A self-driven, results-oriented mindset with a passion for leveraging AI/ML to solve real-world problems.
