Financial Controller

with deep expertise in financial systems, AI, and automation to manage our finance operations and play a critical role in improving performance through technology. The Role: As Financial Controller, you will be responsible for leading a finance team and optimising our financial systems, particularly through the use of AI and other advanced technologies. Ability to design and implement

management reporting systems

that enhance decision-making in areas like billing, charging, and overall financial operations. Your role will be pivotal in transitioning from legacy systems to advanced, AI-powered financial platforms that drive operational efficiency. Reporting directly to the Board, you will provide critical insights into the financial health of the business and

ensure our financial strategies are aligned with the company's technology-driven vision. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the finance department, developing a high-performing team to meet the challenges of a tech-driven business. Leverage AI and advanced systems to drive financial efficiency , with a focus on automation, reporting, and predictive analytics's for better decision-making. Develop and implement management reporting systems across key financial areas, particularly

billing and charging , to optimize financial transparency and control. Oversee the replacement of outdated financial systems with new, more efficient platforms that integrate AI for greater accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting. Manage cash flow and P&L, ensuring the company’s financial position is clear, stable, and optimized for growth. Provide regular, technology-enhanced financial reports to the Board of Directors, with a focus on actionable insights into billing, charging, and operational efficiency. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, levering AI tools to improve accuracy and response times. Work closely with external stakeholders, including auditors and regulators, to ensure compliance and robust financial management. Drive continuous improvement in financial operations through the integration of AI, machine learning, and automated systems. Act as a strategic financial advisor to senior leadership, providing insights into performance optimization and cost-saving opportunities through advanced data analysis. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Financial Controller in a senior financial management role. Strong expertise in

to drive efficiency and improve reporting capabilities. Experience designing and implementing management reporting systems for financial operations, with a focus on

billing and charging . Demonstrated ability to transition from legacy systems to modern, AI-driven platforms, driving significant efficiency improvements. Rise to the challenges of rapidly expanding business Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing finance teams.
