JOB PURPOSE

This role is pivotal in shaping the technical landscape of Liberty Global's AI initiatives, ensuring that our products not only meet but exceed industry standards. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing innovative AI led solutions for Liberty Global. This role involves harnessing technical competence in AI to align product strategies with market dynamics, user demands, and overarching business goals, ensuring the creation of groundbreaking and market-leading AI products that set our offerings apart in the market.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Ensure product

vision and strategy for AI Products

adopts the latest market trends and multi-country customer requirements. Translate our value proposition(s) for AI

into significant, industry-leading products, propositions & solutions that delight our customers & employees, hence setting the group-wide strategy. Be

the responsible business lead

for the

development and deployment of AI products

& services such as (Agent / Customer assist / personalized marketing/ churn / etc) with clear customer and employee experience in mind, across Liberty's markets enabling local country organisations to drive sales, revenues and retention. Drive product strategy planning, development & implementation process

and align with markets & other parts of LG, either initiate or ensure product changes to anticipate market developments, including leading the product development process across conceptualisation, design, UI/industrial design, case input, product development, launch, performance management and central lifecycle management. Develop and run innovation portfolio

through new business development, partnerships, product planning and leading development roadmap. Also ensuring that customer and market input, product performance and external benchmarking drive the product management priorities in the AI Products space. Lead

product monitoring including performance management , interface to T&I and balancing between quality management and new product/feature development, as well as being pro-active, instigating improvements and encouraging the best process across markets with the objective to drive product leadership. Act as our

central authority on AI Products

where needed & applicable. Financial & team management , ensuring high quality delivery & focus, inclusive of supporting the company's Long Range Planning process with accurate market sizing of Customer AI products. KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE We tend to look for people with: Extensive experience in an AI Product approach or similar role, in a large, complex enterprise. Experience in multiple AI technologies, services, and new product development. Experience in business transformations & process re-design. Ability to shape a clear roadmap for AI products within scope. A mentoring/ collaborative style of working and technical leadership. Desirable skills & abilities: Experience in a Telco environment/Big data companies. PREFERRED EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATIONS: Relevant College/University degree or equivalent experience. Working knowledge of Generative AI and hands-on experience building, delivering AI Capabilities. Proven ability to lead projects with complex challenges, delivering operational excellence, cost optimized and strategically aligned solutions. Proven track record in leading a team and working cross-functionally. Able to communicate effectively and convey complex concepts to internal and external stakeholders. A proven track record of influencing collaborators and decision makers as a technically inspiring leader in the field of AI, contributing to decision making and guiding initiatives.
