Our client is an innovative Fintech leader in the financial services industry, known for continuously advancing their bespoke, cutting-edge CRM platform. This platform is central to their operations, enabling the company to consistently deliver market-leading features and expand their diverse product offerings for both residential and commercial customers.

The Opportunity: As the

Project Manager - AI Integrations , you will play a key role in establishing and leading a new team responsible for delivering AI-driven features across the company’s CRM platform, Progressive Web Apps (PWA), decision engine, and various proprietary tools. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the project management approach, define processes, and influence the successful delivery of AI integration projects from the ground up, utilizing Kanban as the primary methodology. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership:

Lead the planning and execution of AI feature development and integration projects across CRM, PWAs, decision engine, and proprietary tools, establishing best practices in project management to guide the team.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, helping to shape the strategic direction of AI integration efforts within the organization.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Coordinate between AI developers, data engineers, and business units to ensure smooth project execution across a diverse technology stack, influencing how the team collaborates and delivers results.

Progress Monitoring:

Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of AI solutions, setting the standards for project management within the newly formed team.

Effective Communication:

Facilitate communication across teams and manage expectations with stakeholders involved in multiple systems, establishing practices that support effective collaboration.

Transparency and Reporting:

Provide regular updates on project status and escalate issues as needed, ensuring transparency and alignment across the team. Requirements

Proven experience in project management, with a focus on software integration projects across multiple platforms. Demonstrated success in managing AI/ML integration projects, particularly those involving API integrations and adaptive AI tools, within complex technology environments. Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a passion for building and shaping new teams. Experience with Kanban methodology is preferred; qualifications in Agile or Lean practices are also considered favorably. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
