- Programming Proficiency: Foundation in a backend language. Our stack is primarily Go (Golang), so experience with Go or a strong willingness to cross-train from C++/Java/Rust/Pytho.
- API Integration: Experience consuming RESTful APIs and understanding of JSON data structures.

- Up to £35,000 (depending upon experience).
- Within this role you will help build the infrastructure that powers our next generation of call experiences and data insight tools for our NHS customers.
- Analyse historical call recordings to extract sentiment, summary, and outcome data.
- Prompt Engineering: Refining system prompts to ensure our agents are safe, accurate, and empathetic in a healthcare context.
