AI Tutor , you’ll play a key role in guiding apprentices as they develop the skills essential for AI-powered decision-making in business. You’ll provide 1:1 and group sessions focused on academic enhancement, technical skills, and resubmission support, and you’ll collaborate closely with contingent tutors to ensure their teaching aligns with program goals. Working with the operations team, you’ll also analyse apprentice learning data to identify gaps, develop solutions, and support program retention and on-time completions. What You’ll Do:
Deliver targeted support to apprentices through 1:1s and group sessions tailored to their specific learning objectives within AI and business applications. Plan and facilitate large-scale learning events (100+ attendees) that enrich the apprenticeship experience and foster community, collaboration, and practical application of AI skills. Monitor and support the outcomes of contingent tutors, providing guidance and feedback to ensure alignment with program objectives, instructional quality, and apprentice engagement. Champion the Multiverse Standard for tutoring excellence, continually raising the bar for effective tutoring and engagement with apprentices studying AI programmes such as AIBV (AI for Business Value). Foster an inclusive, motivating environment that encourages apprentice engagement, learning, and overall satisfaction. Provide structured guidance and support for resubmissions, ensuring apprentices successfully complete their coursework with a strong grasp of AI project implementation, measurement and analysis. Stay updated on curriculum changes within the AIBV program, enhancing the effectiveness of technical interventions and ensuring continuous relevance. Accurately document and report metrics on the effectiveness of tutoring sessions, both your own and those of contingent tutors, tracking each interaction in designated tools. Use apprentice and tutor feedback to evaluate and improve session effectiveness, developing strategies to enhance the quality of future sessions. Monitor apprentice progress and analyse data on learning gaps, adjusting remediation strategies and learning event content to improve retention rates and outcomes across Multiverse AI programmes.
