Air Conditioning Engineer
required for our client, an established M&E contractor that has 48 years within the HVAC industry, who specialise in service, install and maintenance of Air Conditioning units. They are looking for a mobile engineer to join their expanding team, working throughout North London and Hertfordshire carrying out service and reactive work.
The Engineer will be joining the service team and will be expected to travel to sites such as offices, shops, and other commercial sites. The Air Conditioning Engineer will be tasked with the service, maintenance, installation, and breakdowns of Air Conditioning units such as VRV, VRF, Split, Multi Split, AHU's & some Chillers.
The Air Conditioning Engineer must have experience maintaining, servicing, and repairing Air Conditioning units throughout commercial & high-end residential properties. The ideal candidate will live within and around the M25.
You must hold your FGAS 2079, a full driving licence, and have industry experience fault finding, maintaining, and servicing Air Conditioning units.
Air Conditioning Engineer Job Overview
The Engineer will be required to perform servicing, maintenance, fault finding, repair, and attending breakdowns on Air Conditioning units in commercial sites throughout North London.
Air Conditioning Engineer Job Requirements
Must hold their F-GAS
Experience with VRV, VRF, Split, and Multi Split
Chiller knowledge is beneficial
Based within and around M25
Full UK Driving Licence
Experience attending commercial sites & high-end residential properties
Air Conditioning Engineer Salary & Benefits
£40,000 - £45,000 per annum, based upon experience.
Overtime is regularly made available, enabling you to potentially earn between £10,000 and £20,000 in extra income per year.
1-8 call out - standby payment and overtime rates
Company van provided - optional personal use
23 days' holiday + BH's
