We have an exciting new opportunity for an Air Conditioning Engineer to join our Reactive division based in and around South East London/Essex/Hertfordshire. Job Purpose: Carry out planned & preventive maintenance, breakdown & service calls on various HVAC equipment, including split A/C, VRV, multi-split, close control computer room A/C, AHU, HRU etc., on all different makes, mostly Mitsubishi & Daikin. Water chiller experience would also be an advantage. Responsibilities: Install, service and maintain systems and equipment. Provide quotations for materials/labour to Line Manager. Undertake preparatory work. Inspect, test, certify, and commission equipment. Identify and rectify faults; excellent problem-solving skills are essential. Provide functional and technical information to customers. Maintain effective working relationships with fellow workers. Oversee work activities. Follow technical drawings, building plans, and other instructions. Skills & Experience: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Able to work under pressure. C&G 2709. F-Gas Cat 1. PASMA / IPAF (preferable). Skill Card required or equivalent.
