GH Engage are seeking AC Mobile Engineers with a valid UK Driving License, for positions based in Kent & Southeast London, covering Data Centres. THE JOB - Air Conditioning Engineer (Building Maintenance)
You will be covering multiple sites around Kent & Southeast London. As part of a large team, you'll be delivering M&E / Air Conditioning maintenance. Key Duties & Responsibilities:
PPM & Reactive maintenance Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service / maintenance Your main duties will be service and maintenance on:
Split systems VRV's VAV's VRF's AHU's FCU's Chillers All HVAC and refrigeration plant.
Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial. Extensive building services knowledge. Maintain and update Log books. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Fgas 2079 Cat 1 - (Essential) NVQ Level 2 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Minimum) NVQ Level 3 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Desired but not essential) NVQ / City & Guilds - Electrical Engineering - (Desired but not essential) 18th Edition (Desired but not essential) Daikin & Mitsubishi AC system knowledge 5 - 7 Years Experience Full UK Drivers Licence (Clean) PACKAGE
Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 Working Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Transport & expenses: Van & Fuel Card, Expenses Card (for supplier costs & parts etc) Travel time: Paid after 30 minutes each way - although if starting before 7:30am & finishing after 17:30pm travel time paid in full.
