Air Conditioning Working Supervisor
A leading HVAC Company established for over 45 years has been carrying out installation and maintenance work for the Industrial, Commercial, and Domestic sectors. They currently have a key requirement for an experienced HVAC Supervisor located in Hemel, overseeing a team of 6 engineers between Bucks, Bedford, and Hertfordshire.
As an Air Conditioning Working Supervisor, you will be responsible for: Overseeing a team of 6 engineers. Client-facing responsibilities with good communication skills. Assisting with maintaining air conditioning systems within Commercial environments. Mentoring improvers and apprentices. Working on a call-out rotation of 1 in 5 weeks to liaise with and organize the engineers for emergency jobs. Being based within a commutable distance to Hemel Hempstead. Receiving up to £60k basic salary (depending on experience) + overtime + holiday + bank holidays. Requirements for the Air Conditioning Working Supervisor: Hold NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning and FGAS Cat 1 as a minimum. Able to pass a DBS check. Have a Full UK driving license. Commercial experience required. Experience overseeing a team. Genuine commutable distance to Hemel Hempstead.
