Operational Oversight: Manage the end-to-end operational process of air freight shipments, liaising with overseas agents and ensuring seamless coordination from origin to destination. Customs Processing: Handle inbound air customs through NI and ROI systems, ensuring all procedures are completed efficiently and accurately. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any operational challenges that arise, keeping clients informed and ensuring smooth deliveries.
