This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team managing air freight shipments across the UK and ROI, working on behalf of other freight forwarders and direct clients. Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Serve as the main point of contact for clients from initial booking through import clearance to final delivery, ensuring exceptional service at every step. Operational Oversight: Manage the end-to-end operational process of air freight shipments, liaising with overseas agents and ensuring seamless coordination from origin to destination. Customs Processing: Handle inbound air customs through NI and ROI systems, ensuring all procedures are completed efficiently and accurately. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any operational challenges that arise, keeping clients informed and ensuring smooth deliveries.
