Aircraft Cleaning Team Leader (Nights only)

Full-Time Nights only ( does include working on a rota Mon-Sun) Schedule: This is a 4 on and 4 off shift pattern on nights. You must have a UK Manual Driving Licence for this position. As a Team Leader, you will ensure our customers receive top-notch cleaning services tailored to their specifications, including secure cleans and searches if requested. You'll project a smart, capable attitude through thorough work practices and impeccable personal appearance, always adhering to company policies and procedures. Responsibilities
Maintain High Standards : Ensure aircraft cleaning meets the highest quality standards. Customer Relationships : Foster strong, healthy business relationships with our customers. Supervision : Regularly supervise and monitor staff performance and service quality. Safety First : Emphasize safety in all aspects of the job, including equipment operation and housekeeping. Compliance : Handle international rubbish correctly and comply with airport authority and carrier security requirements. Adherence to SOPs : Follow Swissport SOPs and policies diligently. Flexibility : Perform other duties as assigned, wearing the correct PPE and uniform at all times. Qualifications
Qualifications and Competencies
Experience: You must have previous cleaning, aviation or a similar background. Quick Learner : Adapt quickly to changes in operations and experience of leading teams is desirable. UK Manual Driving Licence is required Team Player : Work well in a team but also independently when needed. Safety-Conscious : Operate safely in a busy environment under time constraints. Physical Fitness : Be physically fit to work in confined spaces and lift heavy weights. Security Compliance : Meet all security requirements and possess a full driving license.
