We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Airline & Hotel Booking Specialist to join our dynamic team. Job Description:

As an Airline & Hotel Booking Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating airline and hotel reservations for our clients. You will work closely with customers, providing expert advice on travel and hotel options, securing the best fares, and ensuring smooth travel arrangements with the best hotel accommodations reserved. Key Responsibilities:

Handle airline and hotel reservations, ticketing, and itinerary changes for clients. Provide expert advice on flight and hotel options, routes, and pricing. Ensure accuracy in booking details, including passenger information, special requests, and travel documentation. Stay updated on airline and hotel policies, fare rules, and industry trends. Assist clients with any travel disruptions, offering solutions and rebooking as needed. Maintain excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless travel experience for clients. Qualifications:

Experience in airline and hotel reservations or a similar role within the travel industry is a plus, but not required. Proficiency with airline and hotel booking systems. Strong understanding of airline and hotel policies, fare rules, and ticketing processes. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously. Problem-solving skills and ability to handle travel-related emergencies. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in travel or tourism are a plus. What We Offer:
