Lounge General Manager
to lead our team at the newly built Emirates Lounge at
Stansted Airport . You will be responsible for leading and maintaining a high-quality service operation across front and back-of-house teams, encompassing catering, cleaning, and front-of-house services. In this role you will be Sodexo's primary representative, leading a high-performing team to ensure exceptional service delivery. This opportunity demands operational expertise, innovative problem-solving, and the ability to foster strong client and team relationships. It will suit a dynamic hospitality professional with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. What you'll do: Build and maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring their expectations are consistently exceeded. Control costs, maximize productivity, and ensure financial targets are met through effective budget and P&L management. Lead, motivate, and empower your team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation. Ensure adherence to all company policies, client standards, and statutory regulations, prioritizing health, safety, and risk management. What you bring: Essential Proven operational experience in hospitality, restaurant, or multi-site management. Strong understanding of Profit & Loss management with the ability to act on financial results. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, driving engagement and performance. Outstanding ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Capable of managing multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment. Experience in delivering 5* service. Catering experience Competent IT skills Able to work on own initiative within a team environment. Flexible approach - 5 out of 7 day working pattern.
