Airport Lounge Supervisor

to join us at

Lufthansa Lounge London Heathrow. With customer service at the heart of what you do, you’ll be the first friendly face our visitors will see, and you’ll set the tone for each guest’s experience. You’ll bring our service to life, by engaging with guests, creating a memorable pre-flight experience. You’ll play your part in getting the world moving again and bringing families together! You must provide 5 years employment history and proof of address. Role Responsibility

Assist with overseeing the day-to-day operations including efficiency and quality. Working with the BOH team to drive the service excellence. Ensuring strict adherence to all H&S and Food Safety guidelines and systems. Plan and delegate tasks to the team members before the beginning of each shift. Ensure that assigned staff are supervised, delegated, continuously trained, motivated, guided and counselled to achieve customer delight. Oversee the ordering of all produce to always ensure sufficient supplies of all F&B and other materials. Responsible for the presentation of all food and beverage, ensuring quality & quantity are constantly monitored, maintained and display is as per set specification. Provide training and guidance to service staff. Oversee staff performance, train and coach staff to ensure a smooth operation. Monitor staff punctuality and grooming and guide as required. Constantly seek customer feedback and opportunities to develop the lounge product and communicate such in a concise manner to lounge manager. Participate in monthly beverage inventory.
