We have a fantastic opportunity for an
Airport Lounge Supervisor
to join us at
Lufthansa Lounge London Heathrow. With customer service at the heart of what you do, you'll be the first friendly face our visitors will see, and you'll set the tone for each guest's experience. You'll bring our service to life by engaging with guests, creating a memorable pre-flight experience. You'll play your part in getting the world moving again and bringing families together! A few things about you Your excellent attention to detail and good communication skills will ensure that you'll become an invaluable part of our team. You'll also have excellent organisational skills and love to provide service with a smile. If you are a self-motivated individual who can work flexible hours, both independently and in a team, and have experience in hospitality, we would love to hear from you! You must provide 5 years of employment history and proof of address. Package Description 40 hours per week £15 rate per hour 4 days on, 2 days off Mixed shift pattern: early (4:30-13:30) and late (13:30-23:00) Many employee benefits, rewards, and recognition Main Responsibilities Assist with overseeing day-to-day operations including efficiency and quality. Work with the BOH team to drive service excellence. Ensure strict adherence to all H&S and Food Safety guidelines and systems. Plan and delegate tasks to team members before the beginning of each shift. Supervise, train, motivate, guide, and counsel assigned staff to achieve customer delight. Oversee ordering of all produce to ensure sufficient supplies of all F&B and other materials. Responsible for the presentation of all food and beverage, ensuring quality & quantity are constantly monitored. Provide training and guidance to service staff. Monitor staff punctuality and grooming and guide as required. Seek customer feedback and opportunities to develop the lounge product. Participate in monthly beverage inventory. Assist guests with any problems or needs.
