Check the month's service records via our apps and contact customers to book in for servicing to be carried out. Our office manager will often assist with this as some jobs need quite a lot of advance warning. Customer Interaction:

Maintenance days usually require travelling between multiple sites throughout the day so you'll need to book in customers in the same area and work out the most efficient order to do them. About You: You have some electrical experience, particularly with cable installations. You’re organised and manage your time well. You can work unsupervised but also enjoy being part of a team. You’re confident and personable when talking to customers. You’re comfortable completing paperwork and reports. Ideally you live in or near Oswestry or Shrewsbury. Formal qualifications are not a necessity but desirable. You will need to have good DC electrical fault finding skills. You will also need good IT skills, an understanding of basic networking, such as being able to set up point to point IP wireless bridges is desirable. Interested?
