Role Overview:

This position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrician to work on diverse projects, including commercial electrical installations and the installation, maintenance, and servicing of fire and security systems. The role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with strong attention to detail who can work independently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out commercial electrical installations, wiring, and system upgrades. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot fire alarms, security systems, and related equipment. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Diagnose and repair electrical and system faults efficiently and safely. Travel to various commercial sites as required, with a company vehicle provided.

Essential Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as an Electrician in commercial or industrial settings. Strong knowledge of electrical safety regulations and compliance standards. Ability to work unsupervised and deliver high-quality results. Excellent troubleshooting skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Full UK driving license, required for site travel.

Desired Skills and Experience: Experience with fire alarm and security systems installation and maintenance (strongly preferred). Relevant certifications in fire and security systems or a willingness to pursue additional training. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
