Salary: £40-45,000 (DOE) + tronc + up to 32% bonus
Albert’s Schloss resides in the heart of London on Shaftesbury Avenue, having taken over the former Rainforest Café site. Influenced by our travels across Alpine Europe; Albert's Schloss is a Bavarian Bier Palace and Alpine-themed Cook Haus, showcasing seven days of showtime.
The stunning 18,000 square foot space in the heart of the West End is our fourth Albert’s Schloss in the UK, part of the Mission Mars Group. We have four bars measuring over an impressive 45 metres in length, 500 covers for Cook Haus dining, an in Haus Bakery, Ludwigs Tavern, and a show-stopping stage that will offer totally unique entertainment.
We are looking to build our kitchen management team and are seeking an exceptional Senior Sous Chef to deliver world-class experiences for our guests.
Who we need
Someone with previous Senior Sous or Sous Chef experience from a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen environment
Someone who has a genuine love for cooking and being in the kitchen
Who loves a challenge and thrives on building an energised and engaged team
A desire to go above and beyond and prepare our food with love
Experience working in a busy, fresh food kitchen is essential
A team player with plenty of energy and stamina
Who enjoys working as part of a tight-knit team
