HSW Level 3/4 $1245.49 - $1291.19 weekly (Plus 11.5% Superannuation)

This is a Permanent Full Time appointment at 76 hours per fortnight.

Position Profile:

This position performs the daily work schedules as designated by the Health Service Manager in accordance with hospital policies and procedures. Assists nursing and care staff with any patient care that requires orderly assistance. Provides transport service to community and residents as directed by the Home Support Coordinator or Health Service Manager. The occupant of this position is required to demonstrate a positive commitment to modelling our organisational values, safety, quality improvement, and the Code of Conduct in all aspects of their employment. Compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, standards, and legislation including Confidentiality and Work Health and Safety policies is mandatory.
