Are you looking to join Renault Group as the Alpine Retailer Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing the operational efficiency, quality, and sales performance of the Alpine retail network across the UK? This role is the main conduit between the manufacturer and the retail network and ensures the network meets sales, profitability, and quality objectives while maintaining adherence to brand standards and operational guidelines. The focus is on driving both operational excellence and sales performance by optimising processes, enhancing the customer experience, and supporting retailers to achieve their goals. What will you be doing? Be the primary contact for the retail network for all sales related topics across both fleet and retail channels, ensuring delivery of retailer sales performance by model, channel, and markets. Lead the execution of the retail network strategy and drive necessary changes within the UK network. Motivate, lead, and inspire retailers to deliver strong business results and exceed targets. Balance the commercial requirements of New, Used, and Aftersales operations to maximise overall business performance. Foster a performance management culture that drives continuous improvement across the UK retail network ensuring both sales and aftersales deliver against the annual business plan. Conduct retailer reviews between Alpine UK and the retailer network, recommending and implementing remedial actions to address areas for improvement. Ensure each retailer has the appropriate level of resources and training to achieve sales and aftersales goals. Provide feedback on the efficiency of retailer programmes, competitor activity, and relevant market intelligence to inform strategic decision-making. Ensure all retailers implement robust local marketing programmes to generate sufficient leads and enquiries to meet sales targets. Success will be measured via new cars sales volumes and market share, turnover, profit, aged stock levels, factory production filling, lead response rates, and conversion rates. Who are you? The successful candidate will have auto industry experience with a background in sales, business development, or field forces management within a fast growth environment. You are likely to have experience as a manager within a network-facing commercial role such as a Regional Manager. You are commercially astute, customer oriented, and results driven. You’re someone who is adaptable and agile minded, you use your initiative and encourage innovation. You have excellent project management skills and are already successful in creating sustainable performance for a company, relying on team motivation and engagement. What do we offer?
