Senior Gas Turbine Engineer

to work on projects involving

propellers, rotors, and gas turbines . This is your chance to contribute to innovative repair processes and documentation frameworks while shaping the future of aerospace manufacturing excellence. Your main responsibilities will be: Lead and optimize

manufacturing processes for gas turbines , ensuring efficiency and compliance with aerospace quality standards; Develop and implement repair and maintenance strategies for

rotors, propellers, and associated aerospace systems; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create detailed

documentation

for manufacturing workflows, repair protocols, and system enhancements specific to aerospace applications; Support continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing methodologies like

Kanban

to streamline aerospace production and maintenance operations; Ensure compliance with

BPSS security clearance requirements

and aerospace industry regulations while working on classified projects; Provide technical mentorship and leadership within the team, driving excellence in

aerospace engineering solutions . Qualifications

Experience, skills and qualifications required: 10+ years of experience

in manufacturing engineering, ideally in aerospace or a related field; Proven expertise in

gas turbine

systems, including repair processes and documentation for aerospace applications; Familiarity with

Kanban

and other lean manufacturing tools; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on

process optimization

for aerospace systems; Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline; BPSS Clearance
