Pay: £13.93 - £22 per hour (dependent on experience, competence and payment method)

Key Responsibilities
* Fabrication work on aluminium and some steel assemblies.
* Reading and interpreting detailed engineering drawings.
* Handling aluminium tasks such as marking out, assembly, shaping, bending, and tack welding.
* Operating workshop machinery efficiently and safely.
* Maintaining high standards to deliver quality end products.
Skills & Requirements
* Qualified and time-served Fabricator.
* Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
* Strong understanding of common metal fabrication practices.
* Meticulous, methodical, and proactive work approach.
* Team-oriented yet capable of working independently.
* Excellent visualization skills to translate verbal and written instructions into action.
* Ability to thrive under pressure and meet strict project deadlines.
