Full time MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: The development of new digital capabilities and skills to stay competitive in this space is business critical for Unilever to continue to win and lead in this digitally enabled world. The Amazon Digital Marketing Executive will be the Amazon media expert within Unilever UK. Within this role, you will own the planning, execution, and optimisation of both always-on and campaign-led activity. You will work across multiple media channels including search and display and be responsible for managing the budget associated with this. Your plans will be supported through data and insight as you continue to further develop our understanding and capability with the customer and overall drive business performance. You will line manage and develop the Digital Commerce Specialists within the Amazon team responsible for Search, Content, and optimising the Digital Shelf. You will be passionate about creating brilliant brand experiences for our shoppers and managing the relationship with Amazon Media Group and our Amazon Media Agency partners. Internally, you will partner with both our Amazon account team, digital business units, and brand teams to deliver best-in-class plans and help to educate the wider business in a new space. What You Need To Succeed: Experience in planning and executing media across multiple channels. Experience of building brands digitally to deliver brand experiences and optimising digital performance & tracking measurements. Previous experience of budget management. Experience collaborating with retailers and media agencies. Strong analytical competency enabling you to perform analysis and extract insights regarding the performance of media. Ability to influence & have an impact working closely with brand teams to serve our consumers' needs. Detailed understanding of the shopper and the customer journey in the connected world. Ability to operate with limited supervision and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience of working with Amazon Advertising group would be beneficial but not essential. Skills: You are passionate about all things digital and pushing new horizons capabilities. You are a self-starter that leads the way. You are able to manage the performance of the Digital Commerce Specialists and provide on-the-job coaching and guidance. You have great attention to detail and can successfully manage a budget. You are highly organised and can manage multiple stakeholders both internally and externally. You will be confident in analysing data to gain insights that can be acted upon. You put the shopper first & are obsessive about delivering the best shopper experiences through media and content. You have an insatiable curiosity and love to learn and share.
