Job Description: As the Amazon Marketplace Data Analyst, you will report to the Head of Marketplaces and work closely with the Head of Data in a small but rapidly growing team of talented data professionals. Your main responsibility will be to analyze and optimize Petlab Co.’s Amazon activities by working with large data sets. This role offers considerable autonomy and the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company’s data and decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of Amazon analytics and associated data strategies Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex data sets Develop and maintain SQL scripts for data analysis and reporting Utilize data points from various Amazon APIs and Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) Use Python for data manipulation, cleaning, and visualization Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop and implement data-driven products and features Provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders Analyze and identify opportunities for optimizing advertising spend and improving efficiency and performance Create dashboards for colleagues to self-serve Requirements: Previous experience utilizing Amazon data, specifically Amazon Seller Central or Amazon sp-api or Amazon seller (Not AWS) Strong expertise in SQL (A live SQL test will be administered) Experience as a Data Analyst in a DTC or high-growth e-commerce environment Experience leading projects Detail-oriented, precise, and proactive attitude Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders and engage with Executives/Founders Cross-functional collaboration experience Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus Benefits: Private Health Care through Vitality Generous Annual Leave – 28 days + public and bank holidays Flexible Working Hours Help@Hand – Employee Assistance Programme Royal London Pension Scheme Enhanced Maternity / Paternity / Adoption Leave Puppy Therapy – in partnership with Paws in Work Generous Learning and Development budget Free breakfast, fruits, and snacks Dog-friendly working environment Life Assurance Gympass subscription Electric Vehicle Scheme Give Back Day and Health Cash Benefit An exciting, dynamic, and fast-paced working environment with friendly office dogs!
