Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where innovation and strategic thinking are key? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving business and take ownership of its Amazon strategy across Europe, JAPAC, and the US.

The Role:

As an Amazon Marketplace Manager, you will lead business development initiatives, maintain and grow existing accounts, and launch new Amazon programs and regions. Working cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors, you'll ensure smooth operations, from listings and promotions to stock management and customer service, while consistently driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow existing Amazon Marketplace accounts across multiple regions. Identify and expand into new markets, including the US, EU, and JAPAC. Ensure accurate listings, pricing, promotions, and stock control across all accounts. Collaborate with vendors, product managers, and Amazon contacts to launch new products and initiatives. Lead AMS (Amazon Marketing Services) campaigns to maximise sales for key brands. Guide and mentor Amazon Marketplace Executives and other team members. Manage commercial forecasting, rebate agreements, and operational metrics. Build strong relationships with senior vendor and Amazon contacts.

Performance Measures:

Achieve sales growth targets for allocated regions and vendors. Deliver regular performance updates, opportunity reports, and strategic recommendations. Conduct quarterly reviews to evaluate and enhance regional and vendor performance. Drive new projects to achieve company growth objectives.

Skills and Experience Required:

3-5 years of experience managing Amazon Marketplace (Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Brand Registry). Expertise in AMS (Amazon Marketing Services) and advanced Excel skills are essential. Strong analytical, commercial, and organisational skills. Exceptional communication abilities, with the confidence to liaise with senior stakeholders. A proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and deliver under pressure.

Personal Attributes:

Driven and ambitious, with a growth-focused approach. Professional and articulate, with a strong attention to detail. Willingness to travel to meet vendors, Amazon contacts, and internal teams when required.

What's on Offer:

Competitive salary up to £55,000 (negotiable too if you have the right expertise). Generous company pension scheme. Private Healthcare and Dentalcare. Life assurance scheme. Lucrative Bonus Structure. Holiday buying scheme.

If you're passionate about Amazon Marketplace and ready to take the lead in driving growth and innovation, this could be the ideal role for you.
