Global Merchant Services Marketing is dedicated to bringing buyers and sellers together and transforming how American Express is welcomed. GMS Marketing is responsible for driving growth, accelerating coverage and enhancing the value of American Express acceptance to merchants and Cardmembers at scale. We focus on enhancing our relationships with millions of merchants of all sizes and while focused on Europe, we also work with commerce hubs across the globe including the U.S, Canada, Latin America, the Caribbean, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the UK GMS Marketing Team. The UK is the largest market for GMS Europe, and in this role, the successful candidate will be assisting in delivering the Amex Offers UK digital platform. They will also work closely with other team members and external Card Linked Offer partners to ensure all digital offers and campaigns are initiated, tracked, setup and reported successfully, supporting the end-to-end process. Responsibilities:

Primary contact for UK Card Linked Offer partners for Amex Offers, managing partner consultation of digital offers and campaign set up processes. Identify new and leverage existing opportunities to drive Card Linked Offer performance. Drive ad-hoc Amex Offer initiatives across the business. Partner with Finance and Analytics stakeholders to manage UK Card Linked Offer reporting. Identify and capture opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with broader team to find an effective way of executing these improvements. Share best practice across International markets. Proactive, highly organised with a positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and oral communication to articulate complex results in a clear way. Comfortable, ideally advanced with Excel. Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and being able to prioritise accordingly. Experience of working with external Partners and supporting a large team is preferred. Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally. Ability to handle objections and negotiate. Analytical and results driven with good commercial awareness. Experience in systems such as Salesforce is preferred. Experience of analysing and interpreting data, with a passion for marketing and innovation. Minimum Qualifications
