Funded program with onsite mental health first aiders Your Role: Ensure this work is fully supported by Surveys and Maintenance evidence. Develop a fully documented, evidenced, justified, scoped, prioritised, programmed and costed Lifecycle Plan for approval. Minimise disruption to the Client through Programme Planning and good communication. Produce Scope of Works and Estimates for future projects using dedicated Staff and external Consultants. Generate a fully justified, priced Lifecycle Plan in line with contract timescales. What We’re Looking For: Qualifications:

Educated to a minimum HNC/HND level or equivalent in a relevant discipline, along with a NQF Level 4/5 and hold a recognised Technical Body membership. Experience:

Planning and pricing programmes of work for maintenance, Lifecycle and change, and to have previous Line management experience. Skills:

A clear and effective communicator who is able to establish constructive team relationships, inspire others, and is committed to exceptional customer service. Delivers high-quality service that exceeds expectations, embraces change, thinks innovatively and works efficiently to challenge the status quo for the benefit of the business. Driving Licence:
