A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Deputy Care Home Manager to work in an exceptional residential service based in the St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers. This is a residential service for people who have Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS). We are able to support adults aged 18 years and over. To be considered for this position, you must have an NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care. Key Duties:
Undertake the deputy management of supporting people with complex needs, helping service users achieve their goals in life. Lead and inspire your team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and care. Deliver best practice in social care whilst continually developing the service. Utilize your skills in an environment where effective management of people and processes is critical to the service's success. Preferred Skills and Experience:
In-depth practical knowledge and experience in a similar role. Current knowledge of appropriate legislation. Excellent management and leadership skills. Ability to develop great support skills within the staff team. The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of £13.50 per hour, with an annual salary of £28,080 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full-time role for 40 hours a week working through Days.
