You will work as part of the anaesthetic team to meet the requirements of quality patient care, ensuring that all anaesthetic peri-operative activities comply with relevant legislation and policy, ensure that all performed procedures meet the individual patients' needs and that they have made informed decisions about their anaesthesia, while keeping comprehensive records. You will be a part 1 registered NMC Nurse with Anaesthetic qualification, or a HCPC registered Operating Department Practitioner and must have current and adequate level of knowledge, competence, understanding, and skill in the field of anaesthesia. You will have an ODP qualification, relevant and proven experience in an operating theatre, anaesthetics, and recovery room and be experienced in assisting in intubation, extubation, and resuscitation of patients.
