You will work in our office and on-site at the client and have the opportunity to build your leadership, client management, and relationship skills. Typical client projects include:

Regulatory risk assessments Policy and procedure design, re-design and implementation New product line development Examination support and preparation Ongoing compliance support Post-exam remediation This is an entry-level job and we are looking for recent college graduates (2023 – 2024). Responsibilities

Support senior Iron Road Partners’ professionals in all aspects of client engagements. Manage clients and projects including creating project plans, executing projects, analyzing results, designing solutions, and preparing deliverables. Ensure projects are being managed in accordance with deadlines. Manage in-person and remote meetings and interviews with clients. Gain an in-depth understanding of clients’ businesses, identify and analyze clients’ regulatory and internal risks, and design solutions to mitigate risk while facilitating the clients’ current business processes. Support clients in the creation of policies, procedures, processes, and disclosures designed to facilitate their business. Build knowledge capital through research and analysis and leverage industry insights to deliver expertise to clients. Skills and Experience

Undergraduate degree required – 2023 or 2024 undergrads only. Demonstrated interest in financial services and consulting. A keen intellectual curiosity and sense of drive. Client-service orientation with the ability to work on teams. Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Exceptional organizational skills demonstrated through school and/or work experience. Strong attention to detail and ability to respect deadlines. Location
