Will you join us? Make a difference as an IT Systems Analyst You’ll be key in managing and enhancing our business systems, including Salesforce, HR platforms, and CRMs. You’ll work alongside teams across the business to optimise these platforms, ensuring they support and improve the overall customer and employee experience. Your expertise will help drive efficiency, automation, and innovation, making a real impact on how we operate. Analyse, document, and improve existing systems and processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.

Work with stakeholders and wider IT Teams to understand needs and translate them into business solutions.

Manage system updates, integrations, and enhancements to ensure smooth functionality and scalability.

Provide expert support and guidance on system configuration and process improvements.

Support and advise super-users and administrators to help achieve maximum business value and maintain robust change management. Is this you? Extensive experience of administering, configuring and improving business platforms.

Strong knowledge of process automation, logic flows and workflow optimisation.

Track record of translating business needs into technical requirements & solutions.

Experience in diagnosing issues, solving or escalating as appropriate and identification of trends.

Able to advise and support key users with problem solving and root cause analysis and managing system upgrades and changes.

Track record of delivering great customer satisfaction, building rapport, and influencing decisions whilst working in a consultative role with internal and external colleagues.
