You will report to the EMEA Collections Supervisor based in Dow Jones London Office, UK and would cover several EMEA offices. Responsibilities: Regular and professional quality phone calls and email contact with assigned customers to build customer relationships and to ensure minimum bad debt risk through timely payment of invoices and account reconciliations. Manage the assigned accounts forecasts to facilitate payment projections. Interact daily with clients regarding the overdue invoices and payment issues. This is to be completed by achieving assigned collections and call quality targets. Provide high-quality customer service in a timely manner. Maintain client confidentiality and deliver a consistent and professional level of service at all times. Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships within all departments within the company, mainly with Sales, Disputes and Order Processing (Billing). Act in compliance with company goals, policies, and procedures as they pertain to collection activity, our collections strategy and specified Accounts Receivable goals and objectives. Inform sales representatives and Collections management of significant changes in account status in a timely and professional manner. Meet defined department and individual goals along with assigned month end reporting deadlines and activity metrics. Properly escalate accounts at risk to Management in a timely manner per company Policy. Maintain regular and detailed notes and client information in the online collection tool. Research and perform special projects and other activities as needed. Experience Required: Fluent French and English Speaker. Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines preferable. Collections experience in a Corporate & B2B environments preferable. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Maintain a high level of customer service, internally and externally. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines. Solid Microsoft suite skills, including Excel, and Google Workspace. Strong attention to detail, goal oriented, the ability to work independently. Good time management, prioritizing skills and working on tight deadlines.
