Title and Summary Analyst, Global B2B Marketing Mastercard has quickly become a leading technology company offering services that power the world of payments and beyond. As a part of Mastercard's Integrated Marketing and Communication organization, the Global Marketing team for Commercial & New Payment Flows is accountable for end-to-end B2B & product marketing. This includes: Leveraging insights and market knowledge to help define value propositions and messaging; Crafting succinct and successful sales enablement and commercial toolkits; Executing awareness and lead generation campaigns; Driving the development of thought leadership and content marketing that is activated and amplified across multiple channels; Partnering with global and regional colleagues in Product, Marketing, Communications, Legal, and Sales as well as external agencies to scale marketing plans and assets. We are looking for a strategic and curious marketer to join an energetic team and deliver marketing initiatives to enable the SME business to achieve ambitious commercial goals. Role Develop marketing assets around new value propositions to ensure Mastercard SME teams have engaging, robust, and well-thought-out narratives and sales enablement materials. Deliver marketing campaigns, strategies, and assets to increase sales leads for SME Alternative Distribution channels to eCommerce marketplaces and Trade & Logistics targets. Support content management, campaign design and execution, creative production, agency management, and budget management. Event management – working closely with lead generation and ICM events team to support the organization of Mastercard-led forums and to participate in sponsored industry events to promote SME and engage with our target verticals. Support data gathering, KPI reporting, and measurement functions for the SME marketing team – handling dashboards and auditing materials on the PSC, gathering intelligence on campaign performance and determining solutions to increase success. Determine the support tactics for any partnership opportunities (value-added service providers, ISVs, or SaaS providers), including content marketing, sales enablement materials, branding guides, infographics, case studies, digital marketing, etc. Execute global marketing obligations associated with our regulated payment activities including creating and maintaining guidelines as well as communication with regional B2B marketing teams to ensure market-level obligations are understood and met. Partner closely with the global SME product development & product management teams, regional business development teams, global regulatory affairs, and global legal teams as well as build a strong working relationship with global communications. Ensure all content and creative execution lines up with Mastercard brand standards. Maintain marketing budget responsibilities for specific marketing initiatives and adhere to the Supplier Management policies as stated in our relationship guidelines. About You Marketing experience 1-2+ years particularly in B2B, product marketing and across global marketing roles would be a bonus. You have excellent communication and persuasion skills, with a keen ability to effectively communicate strategies, and measure & report on progress to peers and leaders alike, to gain buy-in. You're a strategic thinker who understands how to appeal to different personas, with a background that demonstrates successful outcomes within the scope of work you have developed and executed. You're creative, with demonstrable experience understanding complex business concepts and interpreting them in a clear and compelling way. You love to collaborate. You are comfortable working cross-functionally with other diverse team leads to gain the knowledge needed to inform your strategies and identify opportunities. You have strong project management skills and with experience managing multiple projects and priorities at once — from individual/team goals to external requests and deadlines. You're comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment where you may be called on to define the path and make informed judgments. You're curious and eager to learn about emerging B2B marketing trends and able to bring new ideas to the table to help engage and inspire, putting our customer at the center. You're a quick study, intellectually agile, and able to rapidly come up to speed on the market landscape, the technology, and the competitors across a diverse, dynamic industry. You're motivated and self-driven, able to manage complex/multi-geography projects with a discipline for priority-setting and follow-through. Bachelor's degree required. Preferred: Expertise in payment industry, merchant or acquirer, payment facilitator, fintech companies, and developers.
