The International Loyalty & Partnerships team, as part of the Premium Products & Benefits organisation within the ICS COE, is responsible for setting the enterprise-wide loyalty and benefit vision and leveraging our partnerships to deliver top-line revenue aspirations by building world-beating customer value propositions, whilst expanding margin to enhance shareholder value. How will you make an impact in this role? Reporting to the Senior Manager, Partnerships & Business Development, this Analyst will be responsible for expanding our existing loyalty partnerships defending and expanding some of our largest Travel & Everyday loyalty and travel partnerships (e.g. Amazon, PayPal, Marriott, Eurostar) across our International Proprietary markets, to drive relevant and compelling value to our customers, support and enable the product launch/refresh roadmap, and drive sustainable reward economics. In addition, they will be the primary point of contact to enable APIs for Elite Status partners and to implement partner marketing campaigns across our travel partners. The incumbent will be a results-oriented, team player with a flexible attitude and strong commercial acumen. They will have a history of managing and developing high-profile external partners, leading & coordinating complex contractual negotiations and driving followership and progress against a dynamic pipeline of initiatives. Key responsibilities: Support and manage a diverse pipeline of loyalty partnerships including strategy, deployment, reporting/monitoring and ongoing enhancements. Drive optimization of loyalty pipeline across markets, including the creation and maintenance of associated playbooks and assets. Manage key multi-market PWP (Pay With Points) launches to ensure flawless delivery across platforms, marketing, servicing and operations. Lead partner marketing campaigns by collaborating with multiple markets and partners to plan and implement; post-launch monitoring to provide greater awareness to both partners and the markets. Be the primary point of contact and partner with internal cross-functional collaborators (Marketing, Risk, Fraud, Credit, Compliance, GCO/Legal, Technologies etc.) to enable APIs for Elite Status partners. Build, own and drive E2E Project Plan, internal communications, and collaboration across all key stakeholders to meet deployment timelines. Minimum Qualifications: Prior experience of managing external partners and leading complex multi-market negotiations. Experience managing partnerships across multiple verticals (e.g. Travel, Retail). International, multi-market experience and knowledge; global and cultural mindset. Ability to act autonomously to drive forward partnerships, find solutions, define business cases and create compelling pitch materials. Experience executing large scale complex contractual negotiations. A passion for external partnerships and a growth mindset. High energy, strong will-to-win and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, amorphous environment. Awareness of external, local market trends and competitive landscape. Ability to work across a matrixed organization and galvanize them against a common objective. Impeccable managerial and interpersonal skills and strong ability to influence across multiple global teams. Outstanding commercial acumen and analytical skills. Ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Exceptional oral and written communication skills; can adjust style depending on external audiences and internal stakeholders.
