As an Analyst in the Consumer & Business Marketing Analytics team, you'll play a vital role in driving customer engagement and business growth for Westpac. You'll leverage data and analytics to understand customer behaviour, identify opportunities, and optimise marketing campaigns across various channels. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Analysis and Optimisation: Analyse customer data to identify trends, segment audiences, and develop targeted marketing campaigns. Data Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Westpac's data assets and utilise analytical tools to extract insights and generate actionable recommendations. Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, providing expert guidance and support. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance campaign performance, improve data quality, and streamline analytical processes. Innovation: Explore new data sources and analytical techniques to drive continuous improvement and identify new growth opportunities. What do I need? Data Skills: Advanced SQL, experience with large-scale RDBMS (Teradata preferred), proficiency in MS Office Suite. Technical Expertise: Experience with campaign management software (Adobe / Teradata), R / Python programming skills highly desirable. Domain Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Banking & Finance industry, experience in Direct Marketing or Lead Management. Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven insights. Business Acumen: Understanding of marketing processes, database marketing principles, and Agile methodologies. Qualifications: Degree in IT, Maths, Statistics, Econometrics, Marketing Information Systems, or Finance. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in an analytics role.
