About THE ROLE The PVH finance team is instrumental to the success of the PVH Region North business. Acting as true business partners, the team is responsible for providing accurate, timely, and reliable information which supports and shapes our strategic direction. This role is focused on the Brand Partners channel and will work closely with the retail management teams based in London, Amsterdam, and Copenhagen, which may include some occasional travel across the Region. Responsibilities include: Conduct thorough analysis of retail sales data, including sales performance and store operations, to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Update and maintain reporting dashboards and tools to provide accurate and timely information to internal stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with the retail operations and planning teams to support demand forecasting, inventory management, and assortment planning processes. Analyze customer and market data to identify growth opportunities, customer segmentation, and market trends. Provide insights and recommendations to improve retail operations, optimize sales strategies, and enhance profitability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and store operations, to drive alignment and execution of strategic initiatives. Support the development and implementation of pricing strategies, promotional activities, and store performance metrics to maximize sales and margin performance. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in retail business analytics, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement. About YOU You’ll have a bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. You’ll have experience in business analysis, preferably within the retail industry. You will ideally already be studying towards your ACCA or CIMA qualification. You’ll have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manipulate and interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights. You’ll be proficient in utilizing data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI. You’ll have a solid understanding of retail business models, sales processes, and key performance indicators. You’ll have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets. You’ll have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels. You’ll have the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. You’ll have strong business acumen and the ability to translate analysis into actionable business strategies. You’ll be fluent in English, both written and verbal. Additional languages are a plus.
